Who is on the file behind every property.

Every property we represent has a named analyst, a named legal coordinator, and three named committee reviewers on file — at least one external for properties above ₹2 Cr. We will always tell you who they are.

Where accountability lives

Every property names every person behind it.

The analyst who walked the site, the legal coordinator who pulled the documents, and every committee member who voted — all named on that property's page. We don't maintain a generic team directory because accountability belongs at the asset, not in a marketing section.

Founder & principal analyst

Sets the firm’s standards, runs analyst training, and chairs the listing committee. Site-walks every property priced above ₹3 Cr and personally attests to the underlying thesis.

Senior analysts

Walk every site, verify every document on the issuing portal, and score every property on the five-dimension framework. Each analyst owns 8–12 properties at a time so the work stays deep.

Legal coordinator

Verifies title deeds, encumbrance certificates, and RERA registrations directly against the issuing portals — never visual-only. Maintains the document verification chain and the 7-year retention record.

Listing committee

Three or more reviewers sign off on every property before it goes live. For properties priced ₹2 Cr or above, at least one of those reviewers is an external advisor with no employment relationship to the firm.

Relationship managers

On the deal side of the firm — entirely separate from the DD analysts who scored the property. RMs guide buyers from shortlist through registration. We maintain a strict Chinese-wall so the score you read was never influenced by who might buy it.

NRI relationship manager

Time-zone-aware support, FEMA-compliant transaction flow, and coordination with our empanelled chartered accountant and lawyer for tax and inheritance work.

External advisors

Independent voices on every committee at ₹2 Cr and above.

Senior real-estate lawyers and retired developers sit on the listing committee as external advisors. They have no employment relationship to the firm and no economic stake in whether a property is approved. Each advisor declares independence in writing on every property they review.

Individual advisor names and credentials appear here as each engagement is formalised in writing. We do not list advisors until the engagement letter is on file.
