We earn from both sides. Here is how we earn your trust.

We charge a fee on the buyer side and a fee on the seller side of every transaction. Every listing page discloses both. The exact percentages are negotiated case by case and disclosed in writing before any commitment.

The Chinese wall

The score does not know what the deal pays.

We earn from both sides. To prevent that from biasing your due diligence, our scoring team and our deal team are organisationally and operationally separated. Our scoring team is not paid more if a deal closes.

Scoring team

Paid for being right.

Fixed salary plus an annual quality bonus tied to long-term outcomes — twelve-month post-purchase NPS from buyers and the absence of post-listing legal issues.

Never tied to deal closure volume. An analyst's pay does not move when a property they scored is sold; it moves when the buyer is still happy a year later.

Deal team

Paid for closing well.

Includes performance components tied to closures. The deal team cannot read internal due-diligence notes — only the published investment thesis the buyer sees.

Relationship managers are assigned a property only after it goes live, and never to a property where they had any role in scoring.

What you see on every listing

Fee disclosure on the same page as the score.

The fee structure is not a separate document or a closing-day surprise. It is part of the listing itself — visible at the moment you decide whether to talk to us.

  • Buyer-side fee

The exact percentage that applies to you on this specific property. Negotiated transparently before any commitment, then visible on the listing page for the duration of the engagement.

  • Seller-side fee

What the seller is paying us, also disclosed on the same listing page. We do not hide one side from the other.

  • Total firm earnings

The combined fee, computed against the agreed transaction price. You see what we make on the deal before you decide to proceed.

No surprises

What we never charge for.

The firm makes its money on closed transactions, not on the work that precedes them.

First call

A no-cost conversation with the NRI or local relationship manager. We review your brief and share properties that fit. No obligation, no fee.

Document review

The DD record, the score breakdown, the developer profile — all included in the listing. We do not charge buyers to read what we already verified.

Site visit

A walk-through with the relationship manager, in person or camera-walked for NRI buyers. No fee for visits, no obligation after.

CA / lawyer referrals

Introductions to our empanelled partners for the work we are not licensed to do ourselves — at standard professional rates, billed by them directly.

See it for yourself

Every fee, on every listing, before any conversation.
